via a router.I uninstalled opera then tried to get it by the terminal as you suggested but it said that the package Opera is not available

If you have a internet connection, it will work the second you open it.

If not, go to the Opera forums, they will be able to help you more.

this might sound silly, but from terminal did you try for 'opera' with a lowercase 'o'?
